The Wellness Centre is a peer-to-peer wellbeing space dedicated to supporting your physical, mental, emotional, and social health while at Carleton.
We operate as a welcoming, low-barrier environment where you can access wellness support and resources, attend wellness programming and workshops, and decompress in a cozy and supportive community space.
Students can chat with Wellness Centre volunteers about areas where they may need support, explore relevant resources, and receive guidance or referrals.
You’re welcome to use this space to rest, recharge, or study. Desks at the Wellness Centre are open during hours of operation, and no appointment is required.
You can drop-in for peer support, but we encourage students to register for a session to make sure we have a volunteer available to support you.
NOTE: The Wellness Centre is not able to provide medical advice or support for students in crisis. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek appropriate support from these resources:
