Our spaces are open for students during opening hours. Mawandoseg offers lounge and drop-in spaces for all students.

The Mawandoseg Centre is a safe(r) space dedicated to supporting Indigenous students at Carleton University. The Centre aims to foster a sense of belonging, cultural pride, and community while supporting students in their academic and personal journeys.
Mawandoseg also serves as a bridge for non-Indigenous students who wish to learn more about Indigenous cultures, histories, and perspectives in a respectful and supportive environment.
The Centre works to address the diverse needs of Indigenous communities within and around the university and is committed to creating space for connection, learning, and celebration.
