In May of 2015 CUSA undertook an ambitious multi-year strategic plan to renew, innovate, and move CUSA forward. We identified 63 goals – separated into six pillars – that framed the plan for strategic growth.
One year later, we’re proud to announce that we’ve achieved 57 of those 63 goals, or over 90%. Services were expanded, including major improvements in the health and dental plan and the revitalization of the Food Centre. Clubs and Societies saw an improved funding system and a beautiful new bookable space. Plus, student life programming got a facelift, with new events at Ollie’s and more diverse food options at all our businesses.
We also made improvements to the way we engage with students. The founding of a new Communications office was the beginning of a number of projects – from a brand new website, to a bigger social media presence and the return of Carleton’s official yearbook.
