Womxns Centre: Flow Yoga
The Womxns Centre is collaborating with a local yoga instructor to bring a mindfulness flow yoga workshop to campus Wednesday, September 28th from 2 – 3 PM. We will be hosting the event outside (Tory Quad) as long as weather is permitting. It is BYOYM (Bring Your Own Yoga Mat), if you do not have your own we will be handing out a few on a first come, first serve basis.
