Frost Week: 25 Shred/ 25 Power Yoga
For the first 25 minutes, participants will focus on CU Shred exercises. CU Shred is a muscular and endurance based workout with equipment. There will be a mix of strength focused routines, high intensity, tabatas and more. You’ll work hard to hit both total body strength, core and some cardio through constant movement and challenges. Prepare to sweat and finish feeling strong, fit and powerful.
The next 25 minutes will focus on Power Yoga. In this style of athletic yoga, the teacher will take you from pose to pose. Both beginners and intermediate yogis will be challenged in this class which will detoxify the body and cleanse the mind. A great workout in a fun and friendly environment will ensure you leave feeling re-energized and de-stressed every time!
