Frost Week: CU Shred at the Fitness Centre
You can try Fitness Classes for free during Frost Week! At this time and subject to public health guidance, the Fitness Centres plans to reopen their facilities on Monday, January 10, 2022.
About the CU Shred Class: CU Shred is a muscular and endurance-based workout with equipment. There will be a mix of strength-focused routines, high intensity, tabatas and more. You’ll work hard to hit both total body strength, core and some cardio through constant movement and challenges. Prepare to sweat and finish feeling strong, fit and powerful.
