Sexual Violence Prevention and Support Framework Committee Information Meeting

March 6, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

CUSA and the GSA are looking for students to get involved in an important new project. In the next few months, CUSA and GSA will be developing their own Sexual Violence Prevention and Support Framework. The framework will contain concrete strategies to prevent sexual violence, support survivors, and advocate for a safer campus.

All students are invited to this informational meeting for the CUSA and GSA Sexual Violence Prevention and Support Framework Committee. Come to the meeting to find out more about how you can get involved.

The goal of the committee will be to develop a framework that addresses the urgent problem of sexual violence on campus, while reflecting diverse voices and perspectives. We want to bring as many groups and stakeholders as possible into the process, so we invite you to share this message with your networks and get involved. You don’t need experience with policy writing or student issues to join the committee; we just want students to share their own experiences and perspectives so they can be incorporated into the framework.

If you can’t make the meeting, but still want to recieve updates about the committee, please email us at svframework@gmail.com and ask to be added to the mailing list.

See you there!
